1. Acceptance

By accessing https://riquezatradingsolutions.com (the “Site”) you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Indian Contract Act 1872, the Information Technology Act 2000, and the Consumer Protection Act 2019.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, logos (including the RTS bird), software and documents are protected by the Copyright Act 1957 and Trade Marks Act 1999.

No material may be copied, reverse-engineered, or redistributed without our prior written consent.

3. Licence

We grant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to view and interact with the Site solely to:

  • learn about RTS and its proprietary trading model;
  • submit a partnership enquiry; or
  • book a meeting.

All other uses are prohibited.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

  • Violate any intellectual-property right;
  • Introduce malware or attempt unauthorised access (breach of IT Act 2000 Section 66).
  • Misrepresent your identity or provide false information;
  • Engage in any activity that is unlawful, defamatory, or misleading under the Consumer Protection Act 2019.

5. No Financial Advice

Site content is general information about RTS’s proprietary activities. It is not investment, legal, or tax advice, nor an offer to the public to trade in crypto assets.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit liability to the re-supply of the information service, consistent with Sections 49–51 of the Consumer Protection Act 2019.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold RTS harmless against claims or losses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

9. Modification or Suspension

We may modify the Site or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Access may be suspended for any breach.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Telangana State, India. Hyderabad courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
